Competition Committee Formed for 2007
Wilton, CT January 18, 2007 - The American GT Road Racing Association announced the formation of the 2007 competition committee, a board to discuss the rules for the upcoming season and nominate an appeals board to hear protests and appeals.
We have a broad group of racers and they all have input on changes they would like to see. In the past we have discussed rule changes via the forum and telephone conferences.
This year we are going to list all suggestions from everyone and circulate them for comments prior to a conference at which they will be discussed and voted on.
Members of the committee for 2007 are Kenny Bup, Santiago Domeneche, Woodson Duncan, Tony Febles, Juan Lopez, Edison Lluch, Jerry Lustig, Dave Machavern and Charlie Webster.
The committee has representation from all of the countries that host AGT events.
Formalizing the process marks a move forward for AGT.
